We take great care in crafting, packaging, and delivering each unique creation made by Marios. Please read the following terms carefully.

1. Shipping Scope

We currently ship only within Cyprus. While we value every request, we reserve the right to decline any order if we believe delivery is not possible or reasonable due to location, conditions, or concerns. Our team will inform you promptly in such cases.

2. Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are typically processed within three to five business days. Once dispatched, delivery within Cyprus generally takes up to seven business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your item ships.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your selected item. In some cases, local pickup may be arranged upon special request and availability.

4. Right to Deny Fulfillment

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. This may apply to orders placed from outside Cyprus, transactions flagged as suspicious, or any situation where safe and successful delivery cannot be reasonably ensured.

5. Returns & Exchanges

As each piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. If your piece is damaged during transit or you received the wrong item, please contact us at info@mariocreations.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, including photographs of the item and packaging.

6. Packaging & Sustainability

All items are carefully packed by hand, using sustainable and protective materials. We aim to ensure your order arrives safely while minimizing environmental impact.
